About The Project
In 2023, I have been granted the opportunity to design and conduct a seminar for the ICT course offered by the University of Turin.
Still, I haven’t find the right words to explain how much this meant for me, and how honoured and happy I have been to take on this initiative!
As far as I know, this is the first time there is a seminar specifically oriented to Agile methodologies and innovation management, and the experience was really engaging!
In detail, I’ve brought to the class real case studies from my own experience, together with historical information on the evolution of management, organizational and innovation techniques. Answering to the question of the students gave me the opportunity to further strenghten my perspective on these subjects, bringing fresh points of view in my daily work.

At the end of the seminar, I felt like the students acquired enough familiarity on these subjects, and that also I learned a great amount thanks to this experience: make these complex concepts as simple and straightforward possible is a challenging task, but incredibly valueable whenever a new project starts! 🧑🎓
